Breea Clark was born in Wichita, Kansas and graduated from Wichita State University in 2005. She then moved to Norman upon graduation to begin her legal education at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Before beginning her 3rd year of law school, she started as a graduate assistant for the Provost on the main campus of OU and began laying the ground work for her future career. After passing the bar exam in 2008, she started as a Research Associate. Then in 2009 the Office of Academic Integrity Programs was created. Her career continued to blossom, but so did her family. While there are many things that make Breea realize she has transformed from a transplanted Kansan to a true Oklahoman, the biggest thing that has made Oklahoma home is her two Oklahoma babies. Both were born right here in Norman. The oldest, Jordan, attends Norman Public Schools, and the youngest, Ryatt, attends a local daycare close to campus. Her community service experience started with the Tree Board in 2009 and then came the Library Board in 2010. Her service to the community has continued to grow into a variety of leadership opportunities with local, district, and state PTA as well as various committees with Norman Public Schools. Clark and her family are enthusiastic patrons of the Norman libraries, her sons participate in NYSA soccer and other city sports, as well as regularly attending events and programs at local recreation centers. From parades to festivals to Summer Breeze, Clark can always be spotted out and about in the Norman community. Breea is thrilled to have the opportunity to represent the interests of Ward 6 as she helps to lead the Norman community into the future.
